Chinese horror things... Ring 2 tonight.... do they bare resemblace to the modern Ring and Ring 2?... I was gonn watch it ;ast night and tonight but got pissed off with the sub titles!!!

they're japanese.
do the original bare resemblance to the american version... loosely. remakes are always crap.

From what i saw of the First one yesterday it was quite similar to the remake. But harder to follow because you have to read stuff I didnt properly watch it though, so it could be completely different tbh. Just what i saw rang a bell with the remake.

ringu as its known has a little bit of resemblance, that being the video, phone calls an 7days thing, nothing about the lighthouse etc like in the remake
