A smooth boot but with a plate still in the same place look stupid or ok?
Really wanna make the rear recess smaller for a smaller plate but its proveing a tough and expensive one to do!
A smooth boot would be cheaper and easier but would it look ok?
Just seen that this one has it and it doesnt look as bad as i thought it would!

would look odd, plate wouldnt follow the curve of the boot so would stick out a bit

I would stick to the original plan of making the recess smaller.

smooth the boot and get the plate printed on a sticker? stick the sticker too the boot and sorted? it flows with the boot but you also have a smooth boot and plate (a sticky one at that) which can be removed for shows?

na me either, i quite like the idea of a removable plate. specially the magnetic one as it will mould around the boot.
