I'm not one to say what my car will or will not do, but I know for a fact my car has gone off the rev counter in 6th gear (which is 7000rpm) with 195/45/16 tyres.
If somebody with the gear ratio's/final drives of an F28 wants to do the maths they are welcome 
Anyway... when we going on the airstrip then!?!

M40 from Wycombe to the M25 junction is a amazing motorway
On the way back from Southend I sometimes go that way.

TBH though there is not a runway I could hit that kind of speed on.
Looking at RSTurbos with equalish power, that do anything upto 165 on brunters. Which is why id like to go there to see how things compare!
