Last year i decided to go under my own insurence with liverpool victoria, when i join they said they will give me '1 YEAR NCB FREE'
Now does this mean at the end of my policy i will have, 2 ncb in general (change to another insurer) or only with liverpool victoria will i have 2 ???

i went with more than car insurance they also gave me 1 years ncb free at the end of the year when ur policy runs out u will have 2 years ncb to transfer to any company

I got 1 years free NCB from Swinton last year too - started off with 0, ended up with 2 a year later which i thought was an error, but they confirmed it was all good and well. Apparantly it was some sort of 'starter offer' or something..  Free to take it to a different insurer..

I have been on my dads name with liverpool victoria for 2 years which ends next month....
Do i ask to get a free ncb at the end of my policy?

I got a years free with Swindon when I started driving, after my first years driving I switched to Admiral and they acknowledged my free year too
I have 3 years no claims now and im 19

If your dad was the main driver, he would be getting all the NCB, not you.
