i know it was cheap but it needed a fair amount of small things fixing on it to make it perfect again, the type of jobs a lazy arse owner wouldnt do
so far...
fixed central locking motor in boot
fitted new boot light and glovebox light
fixed boot switch for light
rewelded drivers seat bracket to floor
removed mul-t-lock holder as i havnt a key
welded passenger seat mover bar back on as it snapped
cut in the car where the boot had been sprayed
fully cut and polished car
cleaned alloys (multispokes are a bitch!)
debadged it
welded heat shield where it has snapped
cleaned engine bay
rewired a stereo loom in as some lazy fucker snipped the lot out
fit new cd player
swapped green dials for black ones
fixed mdf
fit new rear wiper blade
painted wiper arms black again
removed stupid wiper spoliers and bin them
all i need to do now is
new plugs, filters and oil
flush engine
fit clutch plate (bit that keeps dirt out)
reseal windowscreen
steam clean seats and carpet and new mats
fix ciggy lighter
fit a dash bulb behind speedo
fix leaky washer jets on front
fit a bar in on drivers door to stop it opening too far
not bad really!! coming along quite well. insured on it as of 9am tomorrow so hopefully will be finished today
all these stupid little things really devalue the car but once done make it spot on!!
