k this person keeps ringing me at silly times and jus hanging up, tried phoning bak with withheld number but dont get answer. Its a land line so is there any way of tracing it??

call whatever phone company's nuisance line.

you'll need to log the times they call etc.
then they'll deal with it with the police.
i don't think they disclose the number to you though, although i knew the police dude, so he gave me the number when it happened to me

seems like a gd idea, but id rather know who it is as they have my number somehow so cud ring it from other phones! if i know who it is ill sort it out

i heard of sumin called white pages which u can search for an address from a phone number but dnt know of a site that provides that service
