buying a new motherboard for my desktop but really lost on which i need. Can someone please recomend me one...

processor is an AMD64 3000+
Memory is DDR 400 1Gig (2 x 512)

thanks mate, also, with the powersupply, ive been told to get 400w, does it really matter what i get? will 350W do the same?

depends, how serious you are about gaming etc?
and also what sort of graphics card you have?

Its better to get a brand named 300w power supply than a 500w non brand name.

Sorted out all my troubles with my graphics card not getting enough power and crashing the system.
If its not really for gaming etc, then it wont matter so much.
