aslong as you took out insurance and have a receipt for the goods they wil give you compansation

When the parcel was signed for on receipt of the delivery, was the damage noted?

they only pay compensation for lost items.
they never picked up a prcel twice recently so wont b using them again, they say it is a free service collection, they r only responsible for delivery so i am currently waiting for them to get back to me about my refunds.

There feckin shtie, they took my coilovers to the tenents in the flat above the business where they were being delivered...
The tenents are denying all knowledge...have to wait another month or so now

Doesnt matter, if the goods are damaged you are entitled to compensation if the fault of the company, basic terms of shipping

is no one reading my post, they only compensate if the item is lost not if its damaged!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
