ordered a hyper flow intercooler weeks ago.

After it had not turned up after 3 weeks and with the strong possibility of the impreza being sold i tried to cancel the order and get a refund.

They refused saying the intercooler had already gone out.

Intercooler arrives and its the wrong one for 99 onwards cars so wont fit. so they offer to replace it with the correct one, i ask for refund and they refuse again.

what rights do i have on this one?
