Anyone know how long the o2 system has been down?

Silly bollocks has blocked his sim so need the puk code to unblock it but the o2 system is down so cant get hold of it

Lol, went to ring up and because thir site is so shit took me 10 minutess to find their number. By the time i got it they had shut two minutes before!
