If you're third party then the claim is directly made against the other driver and not even involving your own insurer.
Let him come and assess the car, wait for their offer, if its below book price for the mileage then tell them to make another one, when the second one comes in agree to it.
Your own mods were never insured anyway - makes no odds.
Just be glad she admitted it, otherwise you may have had a big claim to personally settle.

the guy came at 9 in the mornin!, and offered me 500, i said no way, just paid 700 for it, 5 months ago, so he went upto 700, so at least il get that back, and because i am third party only i get to keep the car!!
