is it possible to drill fibreglass without cracking it? and also bodyfiller? cheeers

Yes, fibreglass, tape it up on both sides with masking tape and start with a very small drill bit and get bigger to the desired size....

anybody drilled carbon fibre? for example, putting pins in a cf bonnet to hold it down.

yes carbon fibre is the same, my bonnet had to be drilled for the washer jets holes. he did a good job so yes its not a problem to do

Use a bit of masking tape - then start with a small bit to pilot it and then a nice sharp drill bit and you will be fine on FG and CF.
The masking tape is to stop the trill sliding around when you first pilot it
