I know it is a long shot but does anyone know about or heard of the fires that are not gas and not electric.You light some slow burning candles or summat.Saw them on a TV program a while back and cant remember what they are called.

not to sure but it deffinatly wasnt coal,They lit some thing,well quite a few of them in the bottom and they looked like(well i think they were) real flames when they burnt up through the coals

Im sure they were something like candles.The reason i ask is ,i want a fire in my room but i dont have a chimney and i dont like the fake look of quite alot of the electric ones.
