This is often a problem for myself with morning wood - I find a cold shower often helps. Otherwise tuck him in and piss while doing a handstand

Mine is so long i have to roll it up like a cumberland to fit it in my pants

Going to the toilet takes ages because you have to allow for rolling and unrolling of the hose
