What you want is a low hazard acid wheel cleaner, from a place called auto smart (used by the valeting firm i work for) simply spray on and leave for a few mins and blast of at high pressure (or just hose) www.autosmart.co.uk i know they supply to valeting firms but im sure there is a retail raneg available.
