bored and had a few days off so thought id strip down the old head and swap the bits over to my newer XE. QED cams, new lifters, ultrasonicly cleaned injectors and vernier pulleys and cleaned the ICV.






Fired it up before, sounds rough as fuck but no tapping session on the rollers next i think.
