please say it is, was a right twat to get off, bloody 15 year old rusty jubilee clips

just spray a bit of carb cleaner thru it to clean it?

yeah it is. get some carb cleanere in that then soem 3 in 1 and then actuat the mofo. jsut 12v across it's terminals, to get the oil inside it.
