yonks and yonks ago when i made my first web site, dreamweaver allowed you to simply insert it, with the new dreamweaver mx im using, it seems to have lost this feature.
I have googled it, but all the web sites are wanting you to use them for the hit counter, and having to register and stuff.. they can go fish.
All i want a simple, small hit counter... anyone know?

If your server supports PHP, Perl or ASP, get one written in that.
If it doesn't, see if there are log files instead. You'll get more information and its more reliable.
