Heres the scenario,

ive got a number plate on retention and im now selling it to someone. How do i go about this? Ive looked on DVLA website doesnt say much. DO i need some forms from the post office or what?

Help much appreciated.

Just change it in to the buyers name, spaces to do this should already be on the certificate which you have, costs £25.
