Is that "special" paint or are the panels painted by Blunkett Autostyle?

kandy paint but finish of laquer was off big time, was gonna flat and re laquer but havin a full colour change now. plus there are no gaps, all bumpers wings and skirts are smoothed in so panels couldn't be a different shade.
