Mate was doing 115mph in a 70mph over the weekend and thinks he's been caught.

Any idea how long it takes to come though?

Could be as short as 4 days. My hubby got caught doing 36 in a 30 on the A449, going to the VBOA one year. That was on Friday, the nip was waiting for us on the doormat, when we got home on the Tuesday.

i mean, they have up to14days to tell u they gonna prosicute, and then 6months to sort it out

im sure 30mph over the limit is an instant ban

I think if you double the speed limit or are caught over 100mph it goes to court?

if u do get taken to court get a letter off ya employer (saying u will lose ya job if u have ya licence taken from ya) worked for a mate of mine who got caught doing 110 in a 70 and got taken to court - he only got 6 points. gud luck neway!!
