I need to swap the wheels on the front for the ones on the back because the fronts are getting a bit worn.

Will i just need to adjust the air pressure in them or will i need to do something else? They have little weights on em aswell.

Whats the best thing to do this?

yes you will have to adjust tyre pressure. the weights are for balance no need to worry. just swap them over and adjust pressure to what the owners manual states
