The only people who continually resort to the use of the word "chav" simply don't have the eloquence or verbosity to explain their feelings in a more articulate way. By removing such words as "chav", I should hope the standard of language used on Corsasport would improve significantly.

Can we add the word "Chav" to those blocked out by the swear filters? Maybe replace it with fool, or rubbish or tasteless? It's gettin annoying now to see it cropping up in 90% of posts...
Don't know if anyone else feels this way...

Two issues there, people and the word. I've sorted some of the former.

Don't be stupid Ash. The only reason why other words should be blocked is because it could be seen as offensive for people who are easily offended or young children. Though I don't think it should be blocked.
Having Chav blocked just is silly, if they block that then I could ask for any word that I think is over used on this site to be removed. PMSL laughing for example, as how many of you are actually pissing yourself when your laughing?
I like using the word Chav as a bad word. I.e. a load of kids that are causing trouble = Chavs.

I fully agree with Paul. I use chav as a "clean" substitute for pikey, gypo, traveller and scally.
