See if this doesn't solve some problems plus im going to give the system a full flush before i fit it. car has been running very hot recently and i have found their is a heavy blockage in the radiator so see if this solves it

no this radiator did more than a good job before it started clogging up so im assuming it can do it again

u should get the lower temp stat from regel/countney only £45

what rad is that from looks a bit small?

when i replaced my TD rad it looked much bigger than that

its the standard 1.4/1.6 16v rad as it worked perfectly for 3000 miles. going to get a cold running thermastat also

u will know if theres water coming out the bottom as the seal wud have gone,

get someone to hold the accelerator down and hold the revs at about 4000rpm, and take a look at teh returns to the the header tank. if no coolant is being returned then teh pump may ahve failed.. they do make a terrible noise when they go on corsas tho

the car on idle send loads of water through the left hand pipe coming from side of the black. left hand pipe being on the top of the header tank when lookin at the engine front on
