i acutully drove there because i don't live to far from essex. there helpful people. But the actual place is like round the back and down that dirty little road. you know? i watched them pack a front bumper, they did take care doing it. So if you wanted something from there, i'd be suprised if you had any problems.

bought my m3 wing mirrors, the leds stopped working on one of them about 3 weeks later, it is definately connected up right but doesnt work. emailed them to ask about a refund or replacement, but never got a reply.
