On the day i quite ive had so many rude customers trying to have a pop at me because orange suckk ass and have had their main mast down in windsor for 6weeks

What the feck u want me to do about it!!!!!!!!!!???

I stopped totally & apart from 1 or 2 every now & then

Best thing to do is stop for a week & then when you least feel like you need 1 FORCE yourself to have 1. It works even better if you buy the strongest ones that you dislike the most

I had 1 abit ago & i had to throw it away after 1/4 of it as I can no longer stand the taste of them

I gave up for a year with a combo of going cold turkey from 20 a day down to 3 or 4 a day for a few weeks.

Then gave up tottally for a year and a half.

I cut down for a couple of days, from 20 to about 5-10 a day.

Decided last night im not doing it anymore.

But i really want a ciggerette i hate it.

its always the first few weeks that is worse, just find something to do with yourself, avoid masturbation/sex though as this may make you want a cig even more
