Its meant to be beneficial every 6 months to do it...I do it...and would say I notice a slight increase in smoothness through the gears...nothing more though...

bought some from asda yonks ago but never got round to using it. Do you put it in with your petrol at the petrol station?

Best to put a full tank of fuel in...then read the instructions on the bottle...normally says add half the bottle to a full tank something like that....

Ive been using it for a few years as most of my trips are short ones, its about £4-£5 a bottle and lasts for a fare while, car feels a littel smoother when ive used it but other than that not much else
