I wish i'd listened to Adam Kindness now!

I picked up my Stilo on Wednesday morning, and on Wednesday night the passenger door wouldnt open. the pin still comes up in the door to say its unlocked, but the door wont open from inside or out. i took it to fiat this morning and they said they could order the new door lock mechanism, but its going to take about a week

Util then im going to have to use one door. The cheeky bint then said, "whislt its in for the door you might as well get the 36K service done." She then told me she wasnt going to pay for it.
