How about a "Spotted" Forum Board? for ppl (not that many ppl do) on occasions to say who they have spotted etc

This is a really crap idea... no offence.

No one would ever check the spotted forum - only people would post 'hey I spotted this' - thus the people who they spotted would never know they'd been spotted and thus the whole thing would be a waste of time.
