why on earth didnt he slowdown :S
if my steering was all over the place like his was i wouldnt have bothered id have just slowed down.
if he is dragging he obviously wants to get the best time he can, and he cant do that by trying to overcome the steering like that.
idiot

i think he's have a better idea of what to do.....
do you think a proper drag car is like driving a corsa 1.4 down the strip, straight as an arrow There is a lot of skill involved!

also - If he lifted off or braked it'd probably make the car lose control even more - by accelerating he's probably trying to correct the wrong movments by putting an opposite force.
It's like if you go into a corner fast and turn in and lift off the back end sometimes slips out...
If you brake or stay lifted off the back end will probably go all the way around... If you apply opposite lock and give a little bit of gas (so the wheels are pulling the car in the correct direction) it's able to be a bit more controllable.

Was an example I only watched it after writing that
He lifted off... and it made it worse but even with RWD - if you lift off, there's nothing to conter act any forces on the car.
