im pretty sure ive just been done for speeding (70 in a 50 ) thing is the copper from what i noticed wasnt in the van when it happened, have i still been caught, and if so what fine & points am i looking at? cheers

guessing 3points and £60 fine

only get into really serious trouble when ur caught doing twice the speed limit

but u shouldnt have been speeding so serves u right u naughty little moose

yeah i know was my fault, it is my 1st offence though, can i do that £100 course and get no points or is that only if youve done 35 in a 30?

they take you to court most of the time if you are doing half the speed limit over the limit
