for the 1.5 td! are they easy to fit cos it seems like a bit of vacuum hose and some plaement of it either in the dash or the engine bay!
is it as easy as that?! 
is it better to have one in dash so you can use it as you want or will this damage the engine?!
will be runnin it with an intercooler, cone and decat exhaust

yes easy. you cut the pipe going from the turbo to the actuator and put it inbetween assuming there is no other boost control
