Fitting of these? does the head have to come off...?
Thought i remembered someone saying it was piss easy and it didnt...

they go in the other end. Sump off next time you do an oil change. What engine?

yea, worth doing if your planning some decent engine mods.... inlet, cams, exhaust, raised rev limit etc

easy to fit rod bolts, but you need an accurate torque wrench

Yeah ive got exhaust and mantzel and unichip, jus feel that it keeps pulling and pulling but then hits the limiter would like to get it raised in near future...

mine is set to 7800 cut with ARPs (X16XE). Those extra few revs make all the difference sometimes. They are easy to fir, but you need to countersink the rod caps as the ARPs have tapered heads, and you need to torque each bolt up 3x with the correct lubricant. Easy enough to do if a little time consuming.

I think you'll need to take the exhaust manifold off as well.

You need to so you can drop th esump off the oil pump pick up, and it is easier to remove that, but no essential.
