I raced many a 1.1 Saxo's and punto's in my 1.2 16v Corsa Sxi. Some may - and I stress may, as most are driven by chavs - pull off the line quicker than you, but get into 2nd or 3rd and take it over 3.5k rpm and you rocket past them.

Saxo hasnt seen the light of day for a while from what i've heard but the C2 GT is still showing up loads of cars and my mates C2 GT pushes out 119bhp and absolutely raped Aj'scorsa's astra 1.6 16v on the quarter mile (i have the vid if anyone wants it )
