My fuel consumption is shIte

I have a ram air induction kit and de-cat which probably isnt helping matters but im currently using about 1/4 tank a day, my exhaust is blown as fook aswell (dont know if thats a factor or not)

Im not hammering it or even driving that much, just to and from university

Is this likely to be a clogged up fuel filter or am I in need of a re-map to take into account the mods

any help much appreciated

So your getting about 80 miles to a tank!! You HAVE to have a fuel leak - there's NO WAY you could run that much fuel through the injectors without leaving a mahoosive cloud behind you!!

Does it smell of fuel outside? Best bet is put the car on axel stands and look/smell for leaks from the tank/lines to the engine with the engine running...

best way to find it is to run a lighter down the fuel lines.

How can abust thermostat cause overfueling, just means the car runs colder and just runs a bit richer to try and warm things up.
