Would i be legally able to sell something like an essential mix, that's been played on radio, but never released ?

e.g. Stanton Warriors essential mix, recorded live from Radio1 or something ?

In theory there is no record label though ? Unless you mean the Stanton Warriors one, seeing as it was them who played it...

i can make 2 lovehearts joined together with £1 £5 £10 £20 etc
can do them for valentines
wanted to do it lasyr

Well we get loads of these boot leg sessions at work, Dj Shadow is a big culprite (sp) he records all these one-off sessions & because he hasnt got permission from the record comapnies material he uses their banned within 3-4 days, it is possible to get away with it but for how long

Only way to do it legally would be to contact the record labels in question and they will require revenue from your profits. Thats if they give you permision in the 1st place.

Only way of gettin away with it is it you give it away as a PROMO. LMAO

But ofcoz thats no money for you...
