Thought I had just twisted my ankle coz the pain got less and I was able to walk... but one of my toes (one next to little toe) was slightly weird so I tried straightening it (and my whole foot) and the whole lot just went quite loudly 'CRACK!' Suddenly just swelled up like a ballon again and is absolutely throbbing with pain!

checked on the net and basically the bone in the middle of the foot that goes from that toe to the foot / ankle is quite a common one to break when you twist your ankle. So I must of twisted my ankle and broke the base of my foot... Make things worse I've got tonnes of lectures to go to - I've gotta hand in some work tommorrow? HOW???

I'm deffo going to hospital tommorow - but how am I gonna drive there? Fucking NOT NEEDED I remember how painful it was now when I did it! and when I did it I was numbed with drink, but had to walk all the way home on it OUCH!!! taken pain killers but the pains far too bad .

Yeh hurts more now than when I did it though... probably coz I was under the influence of about £40 worth of drink at the time. I can't even stand up now.

break is a snap ... fracture is a crack / can sometimes be a snap... I fractured my finger into 3 pieces when I was younger - that hurt a lot... had to have a operation with 4 metal pins sticking through it.

My girlfriend broke her metatarsal. She was in plaster for two months, and pain for another couple.

I just hope its not that bad... I can't afford to miss that much uni!!! and I wanna drive my 106 gti lol
