How would I begin to go about this?

I basically want everything off there as its full of viruses and stuff.

Personally I'd download some spyware remover / virus checker and clean the hd.

Thats what I want to do but how?

How do I clean it?

Where do I need to look for infected files?

What sort of spyware/virus checker should I use??
