I need to upgrade my motherboard, few different reasons! Got about £50 max to spend, so any suggestions?
Must be AMD based (currently have 2700+ chip)
333mhz RAM, also upgradable to 400 just in case
At least 5 PCI slots
USB 2
AGP 8x (if its compatible with 4x, which i think it is)
LAN
5.1 sound at least

If the Asus A7N8X Deluxe's are still kicking around then they have everything you say above....not sure on the prices these days.....make sure its a rev 2.0 tho
