i got a program called

Audacity

its not made for doing what you need but u can do it if u understand that lol

just highlight the bit of mp3 and export that seperatly

yeh i mind doin it with cd writer prog i used to have but dont have it no more.
its jus to clip bit from the start

Power Mp3 cutter, freeware. 60 secs clip can be cut etc...but if you find the 'crack' full version
