I have worked in seattle, and Phoniex before yet this was with a US company and they sorted out the paper work, I have the chance of getting a contract in the US which could be very lucrative for my business.
I will most likely subcontract it but would not mind going myself for a while as a project manager.
Any ideas or port of calls for more information.

im not sure you need anything if you are working for a uk based company and doing something for them in the states but i could be wrong.

Sorted the intinal work i am doing giving a talk at a seminar i can do, but I can apply for a right to work visa kind of think and will easily get it as i will be supporting US companys after that.
