^ Think the guys name is Rod at powerflow but he helped me out when I made the same mistake of going to Big City Tyres in Notts, told the dealer to pull the whole fooking mess off, start again and not charge me a penny.

Agreed with Kerry aswell, plenty off people i know have had problems with the local Powerflow dealer here, (wont name them) but the way the dealear has done the exhaust they cant put it back to the way it was!
you can so i'd suggest gettin it put back the way it was take your custom elsewhere and have it done by professionals mate

You'd be surprised. I know to a couple of places that have had their francise removed as a result of their shoddy workmanship. Also never had problems with my Exhaust, and its been on since the summer. Only thing i did notice was a discolouration to the exhaust tip the other day after id driven in the rain... guessing its off all the road salt. Wiped off easy enough anyway . Also my Dad says they get it on their lorry tankers at work, and their made outta the best stainless steel you can get.

Now the thing is when do i give up?
I gave up shortly before taking them (well, the garage I bought it from and had it fitted at) to Small Claims Court, because I couldn't afford the money to actually start proceedings at the time!
That was for a stainless full de-cat system that turned to rust after 9 months, that they refused to refund because it was "normal degradation for a stainless steel exhaust".
Company was Top Gear in Burnley, see following link for pics after just 9 months on the car: Mmmm, rust!

Right I had a centre section made for my MR2 at powerflow / big city tyres just over two months ago. Ive been back 4 times for them to fix problems with it.
It had mega problems with it 'whistling' and after a few trips they replaced the flexi section with a different one yesterday.
This morning the back box and center section came apart where the two pipes go into each other
Now the thing is when do i give up?
If i get them to fix it ive got to go in to work at 7.30 tomorrow morning and leave early so then can put it back together.
Or do i give up and fix it my self and write to powerflow direct and tell them about my problems?
Its really doing my head in now!
take it back, sell it or whatever.
Both magnex and Mongoose do quality full systems for these cars.

If you can get accross to Stafford Powerflow the guy there is great. His names Phil and hes a top bloke and really knows what hes doing. All of my friends have had their exhausts done by him (i had mine done, my FMIC piping and air filter piping all done by him).

i think you should make them remove that shoddy mess they call an exhaust system, make them either fit a brand new system or return it to standard, if they kick up a fuss threaten with trading standards with the causes of unfit and unsafe products, and write to head office, cause they do give a monkeys.
