r u on about the blue one - Im fairly sure it was regal - and if they didnt do the full conversion they did some of it- cause I saw it outside their premises for weeks; qouted me £1600 for a 1.6 conversion-drive in drive out - with a reconditioned engine from vaux

Its a very difficult job to do because of the wiring in the newer corsas, they use a cleaver loom which is a nightmare to work with and the mounts are completely different, about £4500-£5000 for conversion

no b - but he was such an arrogant guy - I wanted to sit and sort out prices for a few things off them - to compare - 2.0 xe, 1.6 16v and a few extras - ie throttle bodies or extra work - skimmed head/ cams etc
and he couldnt be arsed - was no help at all - car was parked outside; but he couldnt be bothered - and that was the only price I got from him

for a z20 let from regal they want 6500 and courtney want 7000
its not as hard as every1 thinks....
im toyin with the idea of doin masel with help from beardy
but am also tempted to wheel it down to courtney n let them do it

Hi Andy
Conversion costs for the Z20let into a corsa C is £6500.00 including a phase 1 upgrade to 240 bhp. I would recommend KW coil over suspension at £1000.00 but there is also a koni kit available at around £390.00. Brakes can be easily upgraded to 1.8 spec however a willwood kit can be produced for extra braking power at around £1500.00 depending on spec.

well they must have changed it, as a mate of mine wanted the engine from a scrapper zafira Gsi putting in his C, and he got in touch with the usuall regal/courtney.
mind you this was around the same time that lad had his put in for £12k! anyway they said it would be 6-7k for c20let
