Spec:

engine is a c20xe (coscast) from a cav gsi 1990.
engine bottom end rebuit, new oil pump,new pistons+rings, rehone on bore,new bearings.
new timing belt + rollers, head gasket set, water pump, oil filter and spark plugs fitted.
f20 gearbox.
drive shafts from justcorsa's. lifetime guarantee, fits from f20 - carsa hubs.
cavalier gsi brakes and calipers fitted on the front.
new clutch fitted on installation of engine.
oil cooler removed and cool running thermostat fitted.
ecotec air inlet, diy throttlebody -> ecotec pipe adapter plate
enclosed airfilter fitted to avoid under bonnet heat build up probs.
jetex full stainless steel 2.5" exhaust fitted twin square outlet, mated to downpipe with a flexi coupler. no cat fitted. runs quiet unless booted.
corsasport seats.
fk highsport coilovers fitted, height adjustable front and rear.
vaux 15" 6 spoke alloys on 195 tyres fitted.

Coscast should be 155bhp but get her on the RR
