130bhp
block is the same dimensions as an 16v i think, and boxes are the same so allmost i identical swap to a xe, worth paying the extra for the engine and getting the 16v IMO

They are £400 from Cossvaux/LMF... You can get away with just the engine mount which is £50, anti roll bar spacers which are about £20 and use machined big CV hubs from the donor car along with the drive shafts, however the long driveshaft is about 20mm too long and will probably knacker the hub bearings or differential eventually. You can get away with it for a while, but if you do bodge it, then look to upgrade eventually

il jus get the kit coz its going to be done once properly so i dont have to redo it at a later date (do you think it would be worth geting the valver kit so i could upgrage to a valver at a later date )
Cheers Jim

Thats a LET kit I have, basically, the only difference between the 16v kit and the LET/8v kit is you get one of these in the 16v kit:

They cost about £100, or you can get a set up like this for under £50:

I'd say decide now what engine you want, but if your going for the 8v, then just get the kit because the extra parts you need to covert the engine to a 16v are hardly expensive in the long run

Lowering springs and bigger brakes are highly recomended. Better tyres on alloys are a sensible choice too.
