friends if mine are in tailand for christmas, two of them were swept out to sea, and two of them only just escaped the hotel being demolished by an earthquake

I misread this thread's title and thought you'd said 10,000 had been killed in asda!

Not trying to make light of the situation, but merely highlighting my defective skills at character recognition
