hey all... i dont know whether many of u remember me but my cars progressing slowly! after my corsa got stolen for the 3rd time i decided 2 get rid of it and concentrate on a new car! a mk1 golf! ive posted up a few threads of how the car has progressed and now shes sprayed

heres a few piccies for u

shes had a respray in subaru wr1 blue and shes had an engine rebuild...


















thats how the lump looked b4 the rebuild!!

and this is how she stood b4 the paint job and during the paint job...











and this is her b4 all the windows and everything else went in!!

soooo her it is for ur critism!!

Looking good mate I luv Mk1 golfs, Shoulda stuck in a bigger lump instead of rebuild tho IMO

nah 1.8 on twin 40s with a pipe and carbs set up will be fine! esp with her sitting on 13s and coilovers

shes all stripped out 2!! dont forget that

lol loads of people have commented on the midget look!! hahaha!!

anyways! ill keep u all updated! the engine looks tiny cos theres feck all on it! no hoses! no carbs! no manifolds!!

if i was gonna bother with a g60 then i think i wuda gone the 1.8t route 2bh! but its my 1st real car that ive done and with all the time and money 2 get it like this i dnt think id like 2 much power jst yet!
