Right i was driving and all of sudden when i push the clutch down and release a wierd clicking noise happens.

Lol, but seriously does anybody know how to stop it.
I have sprayed wd40 on the clutch spring in the engine bay.

noise from where? peddle or inside engine? maybe a kinked cable?

its when its adjusting isnt it and usually means something is going to break

Well i think its either just inside the car or just inside the engine bay. Its hard to tell.
I have checked the footwell and the pedal seems to be not restricting anything

The funny thing is, it only clicks when you fully press the clutch down and release it.
