You know these companies that handle claims, well I'm thinking abuot using one to sort my car.

I know from a mate that the car gets sorted straight away, and the company pay, and then claim their money back from the person who's fault it is.

Well how would it work in my case, i know that it was down to negligence of the carpark owner.

But also, how does it work if the claim company can't get their money back from the carpark owner?
