hopefully will be able afford both as got house sorted move in next week
got most stuff for inside
not much needs spending now
its all about month to month costs

aye got g/f but she can't afford move out so letting spare room to my mate.

hows uni? or have you finished now?

Haven't started looking yet to be honest.

I know I should really. I'll start looking after Christmas.

I saw a job at Derby College that I liked the sound of, but they wanted the person to start straight away

i didn't start til after i had finished my course took some time off (still worked part time tho)

then i signed up for night college just as i started looking got the job and had work full time and two nights a week at college

stupid think is signed up for two night classes again this year!
